If you don't want to update your thumbnails on Twitter, just put the very first frame with you looking the way that you want to look. It will always display frame number one, beginning of your video and in your thumbnails by default, so you can hack the system by just chopping out that handsome smile.
Put that to the beginning and then turn into a turtle master. Okay, I'll see you more."
