1. Pack everything you’ll need
2. Write a Shotlist
3. Get other Creators involved
" Here's three tips for filming something at an IRL event. Number one, make sure you pack all the stuff that you need. If you've got a camera, make sure you got the lens. If you've got a phone, make sure you got the charger. Just bring all the stuff so that you don't run out of batteries or something right on the fly while you're trying to do what you're trying to do.
Second thing, Make sure you make a shot list in the moment you're gonna feel stupid, you're gonna forget what you were gonna do. That awesome idea, maybe you'll just woos out and you won't even do it if it's on a shot list. If it's on something that you decided ahead of time you needed to get done, you're probably gonna stick to that a lot more than just if I feel like it.
And number three, do this with other people. Don't just put it all on yourself. It's way easier to quit on yourself. Then to be doing this with some sort of a team, somebody that's excited with you, so that you can both vibe off that energy and get the thing done. Otherwise, all sorts of external factors can knock you off track and that would suck.
So stick to your list, bring all this stuff that you need and make sure you include other people in it i's, see you tomorrow."
Those are excellent tips for filming at an IRL (In Real Life) event! Let's recap:
1. Pack all the necessary equipment: It's crucial to bring all the equipment you'll need for filming, whether it's a camera, lenses, chargers, or any other accessories. Being prepared ensures that you won't run into unexpected issues like running out of batteries or missing essential tools during the event.
2. Create a shot list: Making a shot list in advance is a great way to stay organized and ensure you capture all the shots you need. Even if you feel silly or think you'll remember everything in the moment, having a list keeps you focused and increases the likelihood of executing your ideas effectively.
3. Collaborate with others: Don't take on the task alone. Collaborating with others who share your excitement and vision can provide valuable support and motivation. Working as a team allows you to bounce ideas off each other, share the workload, and stay on track despite external distractions.
By following these tips, you'll be well-prepared, organized, and supported, increasing your chances of a successful filming experience. Good luck with your IRL event and see you tomorrow!
