When you have a line you’d like to say, with or without a script, just look into the lens of the camera, say your line, pause, and then say the next line.
If you mess up the line, just pause for a sec, and repeat the line.
You never have to say all your lines perfect, just make sure you speak one sentence at a time.
You’ll make it as perfect as you can in the edit next
" Whether or not you have a script, it's super important that you learn how to speak in sentences. Now, here's what I mean. If I end something and immediately after I end that sentence, I say another word and there's nowhere that I can edit anything out. Then if I mess up, it's really hard to go back and fix just the part that I messed up on.
But if after I. Say something, I pause, give it a little second, and then I say the next line. Then I can just stitch all that stuff together in the edit. On the next video, I'm gonna show you how to do exactly that on the video that I did just now."
Speaking in sentences and allowing for pauses between them is indeed a valuable technique for video creation, regardless of whether you have a script or not. It gives you more flexibility during the editing process and allows for smoother transitions between different segments of your video.
By ending a sentence, taking a brief pause, and then starting the next line, you create natural break points that make it easier to edit out any mistakes or unwanted parts. This way, you have more control over the flow and can stitch together different sections seamlessly.
I'm glad you're going to demonstrate this technique in your next video. It will be helpful for others to see how to implement it effectively. Best of luck, and I look forward to watching your upcoming content!
